PHASE BREAKDOWN


Phase 1 — Weeks 1–5: Building The Foundation


The first five weeks are about building the base everything else sits on. Three gym sessions per week with a primary focus on strength — but with power work already embedded from the start, so both qualities are developing simultaneously. On the pitch, sessions are built around acceleration and deceleration — the explosive, direction-changing movements that decide games at every level. Conditioning is carefully structured across the five weeks: weeks one and two are volume based, building your aerobic engine and your capacity to work. Weeks three and four shift to intensity — pushing the quality of your output and preparing your body for the demands of what comes next. By the end of phase one, you'll be stronger, sharper and ready to express it.


Phase 2 — Weeks 6–10: Expressing It On The Pitch


Phase two shifts the emphasis entirely. Two gym sessions per week now prioritise power — taking the strength you've built and turning it into something explosive and immediate on the pitch. Strength work remains, but everything is now pointed towards performing from minute one of the season. On the pitch, sessions transition into top-end speed work and maximum velocity sprinting — the qualities that separate players when it matters most. Conditioning moves into a mixed approach across the block before tapering into the final days before the season starts — so you arrive sharp, fresh and firing from the very first whistle.


Each phase is purchased individually and there is no long-term contract — you can leave at any point. Complete both phases and you'll have ten weeks of the most structured, purposeful pre-season training of your career.

Step 6 - Train For Four Weeks Now you get to work. Four weeks of structured, progressive training built around your match schedule — designed to make you faster, stronger, and more resilient on the pitch.

Step 7 — Week 5: Deload & Retest Week five is a structured deload week. This isn't a rest week — it's a deliberate phase designed to allow your body to absorb the training load and set you up for the next block. If you completed your baseline testing, this is also your opportunity to retest and see exactly how far you've come.

Step 8 — Continue Into The Next Phase If you want to keep progressing, simply continue your subscription and your programme will automatically update to the next phase. No admin, no hassle — just the next level of training ready and waiting. There are four phases in total, taking you through a full 20 weeks of progressive, professional development.
